No Shows or Cancellations
You have within 48 hours to please let me know of any cancellations. Emergencies happen, and I will work with you as best as possible if something happens in less than given time frame. However, if you are more than 20 minutes late to your appointment without any communication, you forfeit your deposit and must resubmit a new one. NO REFUNDS. You are allowed up to three reschedules within the 48 hour time frame, but must also resubmit if after this count.
Touch Ups
I always offer touch ups within the first year of your initial appointment to correct any fallout or irregularities after healing. Please keep in mind, that any major touch ups after the first will be considered a new appointment and you must submit a deposit.
Numbing Creams and Consent Form
You understand that I do not personally sell numbing agents, and therefore cannot be responsible for any adverse effects from the numbing cream you use before arrival. Please consult with your healthcare provider if you have any concerns or questions. You will need to bring a valid drivers license along with a second card that validates the name on the ID like a credit card or health insurance card when signing consent forms

Changes to Design
I like to send designs if time allows at least a day or two before the scheduled appointment. However, if major changes are needed the day before an appointment is scheduled, you may need to pushback the original date so that changes can be made in time. If it happens up to three times, you will need to resubmit a deposit again as it falls under the cancellation policy.
